 This woman Kimi Ralsun from Haflong, Assam took miss Nemdeihoi Singsit from Songpijang Haflong, Assam as a housemaid to her husband (Hindu Army Officer) place of Posting somewhere in Himachal Pradesh. The couple continuously tortured the minor girl in their house, locked her in room for hours without food, sometimes would force the girl to take off her clothes and make her stand in front of the camera and take videos and photos of her time to time as punishments, beat her with whatever they can hold, kept her starve without sleep. Luckily there was no incident of Rape or attempt to rape case, the little girl was brought by Mrs. Kimi Ralsun from their place of posting to Songpijang, Haflong Assam and admitted her in Haflong Civil Hospital, Assam and left the girl alone with 2000 Rupees as medical expenses.
